Positions :- SUPT (JOT)/Dresser-Cum-First Aider/Laboratory Technician Gr. III/Nurse Gr. III/Pharmacist Gr. III

Job Location :- Angul/Damanjodi/Across India

Salary :-

  • SUPT (JOT):
    • Before Training: Rs. 12,000/-
    • After Training: Rs. 15,000/-
  • Dresser-Cum-First Aider: Rs. 27,300/- to Rs. 65,000/-
  • Laboratory Technician Gr. III: Rs. 29,500/- to Rs. 70,000/-
  • Nurse Gr. III: Rs. 29,500/- to Rs. 70,000/-
  • Pharmacist Gr. III: Rs. 29,500/- to Rs. 70,000/-

Qualification :- 

SUPT (JOT) – Laboratory: The candidate must have passed B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry.

SUPT (JOT) – Operator: The candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration along with an apprenticeship certificate in Electronics Mechanic/Technician Mechatronics/Electrician/Instrumentation Mechanic/Fitter Trade.

SUPT (JOT) – Fitter: The candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration along with an apprenticeship certificate in Fitter Trade.

SUPT (JOT) – Electrical: The candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration along with an apprenticeship certificate in Electrician Trade.

SUPT (JOT) – Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic: The candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration along with an apprenticeship certificate in Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic Trade.

SUPT (JOT) – Geologist: The candidate must have passed B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology.

SUPT (JOT) – HEMM Operator:

  • The candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration along with an apprenticeship certificate in MMV or Diesel Mechanic Trade.
  • Heavy vehicle driving license is required.
  • First Aid training certificate is desirable.

SUPT (SOT) – Mining: The candidate must have passed a Diploma in Mining/Mining Engineering with a valid Mining Foreman Certificate of Competency (Restricted to opencast Metalliferous Mines) issued by DGMS.

SUPT (JOT) – Mining Mate:

  • The candidate must have passed 10th with a valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency (Restricted to open cast Metalliferous Mines) issued by DGMS.
  • A First Aid certificate will be preferable.

SUPT (JOT) – Motor Mechanic: The candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration and possess an apprenticeship certificate in Motor Mechanic Trade.

Dresser-Cum-First Aider:

  • The candidate must have passed 10th from a recognized Board with two years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Dresser in a Hospital/Dispensary of repute.
  • Must possess a valid First Aid Certificate issued by St. John Ambulance.

Laboratory Technician Gr. III: The candidate must have passed 10th/Higher Secondary/10+2 in Science with a Diploma of minimum 2 years duration in Laboratory Technician from a Government College/recognized institution with one (01) year of relevant post-qualification experience in a Govt. Hospital, PSU, or reputed Private Hospital is required.

Nurse Gr. III:

  • The candidate must have passed 10th/Higher Secondary/10+2 in Science with General Nursing and Midwifery training (3 years) or a Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing from a Government College/recognized institution approved by the Indian Medical Council.
  • Valid registration in the Nursing Council of India/State Nursing Council and one (01) year of in-line post-qualification experience is required.

Pharmacist Gr. III:

  • The candidate must have passed 10th/Higher Secondary/10+2 in Science with a recognized Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • Must be registered under the Pharmacy Council Act and have two (02) years of post-qualification experience.

Age Limit (As on 21 January 2025):

  • SUPT (JOT): 27 years
  • Dresser-Cum-First Aider: 35 years
  • Laboratory Technician Gr. III: 35 years
  • Nurse Gr. II: 35 years
  • Pharmacist Gr. II: 35 years

Age Relaxation:

  • The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer), 10 years for PwBD: Un-reserved (UR), 13 years for PwBD -OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process:

  • The candidates applied for the posts shall be required to undertake a Computer-based Test (CBT) and Trade Test.
  • The options for the selection of exam centers needs to be filled up as per preference.
  • Test centers will be allotted through a computer-based program based on preference, date of application, and availability. Any request regarding a change in venue/date/time of the examination will not be entertained.
  • The CBT will be conducted for total 100 questions and each correct answer will carry 01 mark and time allotted 120 minutes.
  • The question shall be on respective technical (Domain) subjects (60%) and general awareness (40%).
  • The question shall be in English and Hindi language only.
  • The weightage for CBT and Trade test shall be 60% and 40% respectively.
  • Based on the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT)/ CBT & trade test, the organizational requirement, the vacancies in the discipline and reservation points as per the Presidential Directives, the candidates will be called for original documents verification and pre-employment medical examination

  • General/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates: Rs. 100/-
  • No application fee will be charged from SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/ land ousted/ internal candidates.
