Elcon Banshu Wiring System (EBWS) came into existence in the year 2019 when Elconconnectors Cables, India joined hands with P.T. Banshu Electric Indonesia (a subsidiary of Japan’s Banshu Electric Equipment Co. based in the western Japan city of Kakogawa) and P.T. Askara Internal, to manufacture wiring harnesses in India.

Position :- Trainee
Job Location :- Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Salary :-
- Stipend CTC: Rs. 13326/- per month (Rs. 12526/- + Attendance Award: 800/- if full month present)
- Canteen Deduction: Rs.260/- per month
- In hand: Rs.13066/-including Rs. 800/- attendance award(100% attendance)
Qualification :-
- ITI Pass (All Trades)
- Year of Passing: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 from Private & Government ITI both allowed
Experience :- Freshers
Age Limit :- Minimum 18 Years
Job Profile :-
- Candidates to work in Assembly line for manufacturing of Wiring Harness, Wiring Control Panels, Racks, Looming and Harness building. Ability to read engineering drawings and should be able to use Crimp Tools, Wire Strippers, etc.
