Position – Press Brake Operator / Bending Machine Operator
Job Location – Ambattur, Chennai
Qualification – Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or relevant field
Experience – More than 2 Years
Salary – ₹ 2.5-3 Lacs P.A
Job Description –
- Operate Press brake and bending machines to bend, shape, and fabricate metal parts as per design
- drawings and blueprints.
- – Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to set up and adjust machines for accurate
- production.
- – Ensure correct machine settings, tooling, and angles for the required bending operations.
- – Inspect completed parts for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- – Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and minor repairs, to ensure machine
- functionality and longevity.
- – Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- – Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- – Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and materials used.
