Qualification :-
- Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Automobile / Electronics to be passed out in 2021/ 2022/ 2023/ 2024 batch with minimum 60% marks in Diploma Engineering. (Candidates who are perusing/wish to pursue higher study (B.E.) shall not be considered for this opportunity)
Experience :- 0 – 1 Year
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Candidate should be interested to work in Sales profile.
- Good Communication & Presentation skills.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills & should be ready to travel.
- Female candidates can be considered who are fulfilling the criteria and are interested to work in sales.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Sales of Small Pump Business products in assigned area.
- Conducting brand-building activities
- Develop a retailer network under dealers.
- Develop and nurture all existing dealers
- Appoint new dealers
- Motivate the dealers w.r.t. various push schemes.
- Move in the market along with either the dealer or sales force to appoint quality retailers.
- Also, meet all the existing retailers on a routine basis, and explain to them about existing schemes.
