- WCM knowledge should be able to apply TPM / WCM metholodolgies for trouble shooting

- In accordance with the requirements of production process and work order:With safety, efficiency in production
- In accordance with the SOP/working instructions under supervision
- Perform in process check according to quality requirements under supervision
- Rework the labor work sheets and submit
- To participate in the activities of daily improvement
- To participate in multiskill training
