Qualification :-
- B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering OR
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
Experience :- Candidate with 2-8 Years Similar Experience in Manufacturing Industry (preferably Automotive).
Job Description :-
Major Roles and Responsibilities are listed according to Departments (Production/Machining/Press and Weld/Paint/Quality/Safety):
Production
- Ensure daily production plan and meet targets
- Calibration of equipment.
- Clearing Line rejections and rework on daily basis.
- Line processes check and verification.
Machining
- CNC program troubleshooting.
- TPM inspection and verification.
Press and Weld
- Carry out FMEAs, process document and implementation.
Paint
- Daily Paint monitoring.
- Robot and reciprocator handling.
Material Service
- Ensure daily production plan and supply parts accordingly to Engine Assembly.
- Clearing Line rejections and rework on daily basis.
Quality
- Part Inspection, ensure dispatch quality of vehicle inspection.
- Supplier process audits and system strengthening.
Common for all:
- Daily attendance monitoring and controlling absenteeism, allocation manpower on time.
- Implement and promote Kaizens.
- Ensure daily production plan and meet targets.
- Maintaining 5S.
- Ensure quality and safety.
