Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 4 to 6 Years
Job Description :-
- Must have experience on Iron/Aluminum casting machining.
- Effective use of Man, Machine and Material to improve productivity.
- Should be able to handle 20-CNC, 25-VMC & 2-HMC machine.
- To achieve daily production Target with Quality.
- Overseeing Production related tasks including planning, procurement, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.
- Rejection analysis & Action plan.
- Continuous Improvement in OEE.
- Daily data entry/data update in SAP.
- Good Knowledge about process & programming on CNC, VMC & HMC machines.
- Give Technical guidance to individual operator and special instruction if any.
- Continuous improvement in Cutting tool consumption.
- Improve 5s, safety and kaizen culture.
- To follow TPM & JH activity effectively with desired shop floor discipline.
