Position :- Maintenance Engineer
Job Location :- Maharashtra
Salary :- ₹ 3-5 Lacs P.A.
Qualification & Requirements :-
- B.E. (Mechanical) – preferred / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Proven Experience of 3-5 years in Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance
- Hands-on experience on HMC & VMC & SPM & Grinding machines.
- Knowledge about hydraulics & pneumatics, Engineering drawing &Utilities.
- Hands-on work experience on ATC, APC, Ball screw, LM Guideways, Machine geometry & Cam Box etc.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Dept targets like MTTR, and MTBF.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, OSHAS, EMS & TPM Methodologies, Kaizen, Poka-yoke
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :-
- Shift Handling / Shift Balance. Attending the day-to-day breakdowns.
- Implementation of Preventive Maintenance.
- Implementation of Planned Maintenance
- Implementation of the CBM & TBM Drive
- Closing the SAP Notifications.
- Raising the PR for the required spares & follow-ups.
- Elimination of repetitive Breakdowns.
